Wodehouse, P G

Pelham Grenville Wodehouse was an English humorist who wrote a great many novels and several plays during a long life (1881-1975). For much of his early life he lived in France and then in the USA, but wrote mainly about a coterie of very English characters - notably Bertie Wooster and his 'man' Jeeves, and the eccentric household of Lord Emsworth of Blandings.
